How much are your services?
Pricing varies by the property size, condition of the home and the type of cleaning needed.
Can you give a quote without viewing the property?
No. The only way to give an accurate quote is to view the condition of the property. We do offer free estimates.
We will not give a quote without viewing the property first.
In time-sensitive situations, we can accept photos of the property and offer a price range to give an idea of the cost with final rate being given when we arrive to clean.
Are prices negotiable?
Our prices are non-negotiable. We take great pride in our services and the value we provide.
What type of products do you use?
We use eco-friendly products unless heavy grime is involved otherwise we will use harsher chemicals, this would be disclosed to the client in the estimate.
Do I need to be present for cleanings?
No, you do not. A lot of clients prefer us to clean while they are at work, on vacation or running errands. You can give us an access code to enter the home, leave a key or buzz us in. Whichever you prefer.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you find it necessary to reschedule your booking with more than 24 hours’ notice, we’d be happy to reschedule a more convenient date for you. However, if you need to cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled cleaning, a fee of $50 will apply.
