Our Standard Cleaning Service includes:
KITCHEN: Clean countertops, sink and sink fixtures, stovetop, inside of microwave, outside of all appliances, vacuum or sweep and mop floors.
BATHROOMS: Clean countertops, toilet & base, shower/tub/shower doors, mirrors, vacuum or sweep and mop floors.
LIVING ROOM: Dust area, clean end tables, vacuum or sweep and mop floors.
BEDROOMS: Dust area, vacuum or sweep and mop floors.
OTHER AREAS: Dust area, clean front entryway, vacuum or sweep and mop hallways.
DEEP CLEANING - Price varies by Property
Our Deep Cleaning Service includes everything in a Standard Clean, plus:
KITCHEN: Clean outside of cabinets, backsplash, dust baseboards, ceiling fans and ceiling air vents
BATHROOMS: Clean bathroom sink fixtures and outside of cabinets, dust light fixtures, ceiling air vents and baseboards.
LIVING ROOM: Clean baseboards, dust surfaces, knick-knacks and ceiling fans
BEDROOMS: Clean baseboards, dust surfaces, knick-knacks, ceiling fans and ceiling air vents.
OTHER AREAS: Clean baseboards, dust surfaces, ceiling fans and ceiling air vents.
MOVE IN/OUT CLEANING - Price Varies by Property
Our Move In/Out Cleaning Service includes:
KITCHEN: Clean inside and outside of appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher), stove top, kitchen sink and sink fixtures, countertops, backsplash, dust baseboards, ceiling fans, ceiling air vents, clean inside and outside of cabinets (must be empty) vacuum or sweep and mop floors.
BATHROOMS: Clean mirrors, bathroom sink and sink fixtures, tub and shower, toilet & base, clean inside and outside of cabinets (must be empty) sweep and mop floors, dust baseboards and doors.
BEDROOMS: Dust baseboards, light fixtures, ceiling fans, air vents, sweep or vacuum and mop floors.
LIVING ROOM: Dust surfaces, baseboards, ceiling fans, air vents, light fixtures, sweep or vacuum and mop floors.
OTHER AREAS: Clean front entry way & door, vacuum or sweeping and mopping hallways.
KITCHEN RESET CLEAN
Our "Kitchen Reset Clean" Service includes:
- Clean countertops
- Clean dishes or load dishwasher
- Clean inside and outside of microwave
- Clean inside and outside of oven
- Clean inside and outside of fridge
- Clean stove top
- Clean sink and sink fixtures
- Clean outside of cabinets
- Sweep/mop floors
- Dust baseboards
Note: There is a 3-Hour Limit for this service with the option of $20/hour per additional hour.
"TAKE THE DAY OFF" CLEAN - $150.00
Our "Take The Day Off" Clean Service includes
Choose (1) Primary Clean and (2) Essential Clean options
Primary Clean options:
- Standard Clean of bathrooms (up to 2 bathrooms)
- Standard Clean of kitchen
- Sweep or vacuum and mop all Flooring (2,000 sqft. limit)
Essential Clean options:
- Dishes
- Two loads of laundry (wash/dry/fold or hang)
- Dust throughout home
- Sweep or vacuum and mop (2) rooms of client’s choice
- Tidy/organize kids toys
- Clean inside and outside of fridge (includes removing expired items)
- Clean tub/shower (up to 2 bathrooms)
- Dust all baseboards
Note: There is a 2.5-Hour Time Limit for this service.
Additional Add-On Services
Our "Kitchen Reset Clean" Service includes:
Cleaning Blinds: $10-$20 per set (depending on condition)
Wall Washing: $15 per room (includes spot cleaning small stains and marks)
Dish Washing: $15
Oven Cleaning: $60
Fridge Cleaning: $55 (includes removing expired items)
Baseboards: $35+ (depends on condition and number of rooms)
