Here are some of the ways that we ensure a cleaning service that is efficient and seamless. Just the way it should be.

Prior to your cleaning appointment:

Please pick up any clothing or toys on the floor and any excess clutter on the kitchen and bathroom countertops. If surfaces are 75% cluttered, we have to clean around it.

In order for the kitchen sink to be cleaned and polished, please remove all dishes from the sink. If we clean the sink and see dishes, we will assume you want us to wash them and a $15 flat fee will be applied.

Invoices:

For recurring cleaning services, there must be a card on file. Please save your preferred card method on the first invoice you receive. If a card is not on file after the first cleaning invoice is paid, the following cleanings will be paused until there is a saved payment method. This is to ensure any last minute cancellations or lock-outs where we cannot access the residence for your scheduled time can be billed accordingly.

Payment Methods

When you save your initial debit or credit card on file, you are more than welcome to have us process your payment using the card on file upon completion of your clean. Please note that a 3% processing fee will be applied. (You can thank Square for that)

You can also pay via Zelle or Cash. Whichever you prefer.

Refund Policy

We strive to provide exceptional cleaning services. As a part of our commitment to transparency and clarity, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with our services, please let us know immediately. We want our clients to be happy and we will make every effort to address and resolve any concerns to ensure satisfaction.

Add-On Services

We understand that from time to time extra cleaning tasks are needed. If you would like to add one of these services, let us know prior to your scheduled clean. We’ll make it happen.
Here are a list of some of the common Add-On Services our clients request:

Cleaning Blinds: $10-$20 per set (depending on condition)
Wall Washing: $15 per room (includes spot cleaning small stains and marks)
Dish Washing: $15
Oven Cleaning: $60
Fridge Cleaning: $55 (includes removing expired items)
Baseboards: $35+ (depends on condition and number of rooms)

Cancellation Policy

We know life happens and sometimes you may have to cancel or reschedule your clean. If you need to cancel your clean more than 24 hours before your appointment, we are more than happy to reschedule a better day and time. If you must cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, we do need to charge a modest $50 fee. This is to partially cover the cost of reserving your time slot and to compensate our cleaning professional who set aside time for your service

To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

Changes to Cleaning Services

Please note that in the estimate we will go over the type of cleaning that fits your needs and the tasks that are included within that service. If you choose to add on additional tasks moving forward, we will need to adjust your cleaning rate as additional tasks requires more time to complete your clean.

Biohazard Policy

We love animals! But please be sure to clean up any animal feces and/or urine on floors prior to our arrival. Also, we understand cleaning toilets is part of the job, but please do not leave excess feces on the outside of the toilet or urine stains at the base of the toilet. We will skip cleaning any areas that do not adhere to this policy.
